One of the staff of Pukaskwa Park casually mentioned that parts of the trail hadn't been groomed for "a year" and that it was not marked. While we were curious about these statements, we remained undaunted. We were to discover that over 40% of the trail hadn't been groomed from one to ten years, if at all!
