CRESCENT LAKE TRAIL
Beginning at Crescent Lake Campground, the Crescent Lake Trail takes you through a mature hardwood forest interspersed with white pine. The yellow birch are at least 80 years old and the great pines have been here for over a century. You'll pass by the shorelines of Crescent, MacGregor and Mud Lakes, part of the Crescent Lake Canoe route. The hiking trail crosses several of the portages along this route. This short stroll is an ideal hike for families as well as nature enthusiasts.
